Instructions:
1. Stamp dress two times with Coal ink in solid pink portion of Runway Damask paper and cut out with detail scissors.
2. Cut the following papers:
- White cardstock: 4 1/4” square. Scallop edges with decorative scissors
- Runway Damask: 5” square.
- Black cardstock: 5½ x 11”. Fold in half to make a 5½” square card.

5. Adhere scallop piece to Damask piece.
6. Using glue pen, apply glue to edge of Damask and sprinkle with glitter. Allow to dry.
7. Use 22 gauge wire for the following:
- Chandelier – Cut 2 pieces each 5” and bend into shape by hand (see diagram).
- When attaching to cardstock, flip one for a mirror image.
8. Use 24 gauge wire for the following:
- Hangers – cut 2 pieces 3” each. Bend into hanger shapes by hand, starting by making
two bends in center of wire 5/8” apart (see diagram).

11. To attach the chandelier and hangers to the cardstock, make tiny holes with needle tool or pin (place on foam cushion to do this) in several locations on each flower and stem. Make ½” horseshoe shapes with 26 gauge matching wire. Insert these horseshoe shapes through the tiny holes and secure by flattening on the back of the paper.
12. Using Gem-Tac, adhere stone setting upside down over the junction of the chandelier , with prongs poking through the cardstock.
13. Adhere wired piece to black card with red line tape.
14. Attach small amount of 3-D foam to body of each dress (avoiding the straps and waistband).
15. Apply Fabri-Tac to straps and waistband of dress and adhere to top of hangers – holding in place over hanger and at waist until dry.
16. Using Gem-Tac, adhere smallest size crystals to dress and largest crystal to cover chandelier junction with upside-down stone setting.
17. Using Gem-Tac, adhere stones in desired locations around chandelier (see photo).
