Necklace Instructions:

Step 1: Using 18 gauge wire, cut 13 3" pieces. Grip one end of wire and make a loop with round nose pliers. Slip loop over peg A of jig (see diagram 1). Bring the wire around peg B, looping it tightly and pushing it down to base of peg. Continue to wrap wire around peg as shown. Lift shape off and cut excess wire. Repeat to make all 13 shapes.

Step 2: Using 18 gauge wire, cut one 3" piece. Grip one end and make a loop. Slip loop over peg A of jig (see diagram 2). Continue looping to create desired shape. Lift shape off and trim excess wire.

Step 3: Using 11 eyepins, slide a seed bead, a tanzanite crystal and a seed bead on each pin. Make a loop and trim excess wire.

Step 4: Using one headpin, slide a tanzanite crystal, a spacer, a teardrop crystal and a seed bead onto the pin. Make a loop and cut off excess wire. Using 12 headpins, slide on one crystal and a seed bead on each. Make a loop and trim excess.

Step 5: Open ends of eyepins and headpins slightly and connect wire designs to crystals, referring to finished piece often, until necklace is complete. Attach lobster claw with jumpring to one end and attach splitring with jumpring to other end.

Earring Instructions:
Step 1: Using 18 gauge wire, cut two 3" pieces. Create design, referring to step 1 in necklace instructions.

Step 2: Using two eyepins, slide a seed bead, a tanzanite crystal and a seed bead on each. Make a loop and cut off excess wire.

Step 3: Using two headpins, slide one tanzanite crystal, one spacer, one teardrop crystal and one seed bead on each. Make a loop and trim excess.

Step 4: Add crystals to wire design, referring back to finished earring. Attach earring post.
