Instructions:
Step 1. Measure your wrist and lay out design of disks, allowing an additional 1” for clasp.

Step 2. Cut several 11” pieces of 24 gauge wire (straighten with Jaw Pliers first). You will need one piece for each disk that will be joined together.

Step 3. Begin joining disks with 11” piece of wire by threading it through one hole, leaving a 1½” tail on one side. Wrap the wire through the second disk and back through the first in a figure 8 pattern, leaving 1/8” gap between the disks. Wrap each side of disk three times. (Photo #2)

Step 4. With excess from both ends, wrap tightly in the center of the figure 8 three times. Cut off excess wire and flatten with bent nose pliers. Step (Photo #3)

Step 5. Continue the process of wiring the disks together until you have your desired finished size (for a 6½“ wrist, eight disks were used)

Step 6. Using 18 gauge wire and the pattern on the jewelry jig, make clasps. For the hook portion, bend the wire in ½ so it forms a hook. (Diagram #1)

Step 7. Wire clasp (hook side to inside of bracelet) and loop to each side of bracelet with 24 gauge wire. After wrapping wire two times through each side loop, wrap two additional times around side loops to secure wire and cut off excess. (Photo #4)
