Instructions:
1. Cut 2” circle (1 3/8” for small candle) from pink handmade paper and from SuperTape.

2. Attach wire heart shape to pink circle by making tiny holes through both layers with needle tool or pin (place on foam cushion to do this) in several places. Make horseshoe shapes with the matching wire. Insert these horseshoe shapes through the tiny holes around pre-formed wire shape and secure by flattening open on the back of the circle (like a brad).

3. Cut 2½” circle (1¾” for small candle) from metal sheet and from SuperTape.

4. Adhere the 2” (1 3/8” for small) wired pink circle to 2½” (1¾” for small) metal circle with SuperTape cut in step #1.

5. Glue 3mm stones around metal edge of circle with Gem-Tac. Lay flat until dry.

6. Cut 3/8” strip of metal the circumference of candle. Cut the same from SuperTape and adhere to back of metal strip.

7. Apply 5mm rhinestones to metal strip every ½” (the number needed will depend on size of candle - I used 12-15 stones). Lay flat until dry.

8. Adhere crystal strip around candle.
