Instructions:
1. Set up Jig as shown in diagram.
2. Cut 16 gauge wire approximately 8 ½”. Bend a 90 degree angle ½” from end and turn a loop with round nose pliers. Place that loop on the “start” location of the jig and continue to form the rest of the shape following the pattern.
3. Cut excess wire 3” from last peg & remove from jig. Use the excess 3” of wire to make a swirl by hand.
4. Make desired number of bookmark shapes, using 16 gauge wire (straighten with Nylon Jaw Pliers first). Flatten with Nylon Jaw Pliers.
5. Use smallest metal mandrel & 22 gauge wire, make about 1” of coil. Cut these coils into ¼” pieces for the decorative portion.
6. Make eye pins by cutting a piece of 20 gauge matching wire 3”. Turn a loop with round nose pliers at one end, attach crimp beads (I used these because they have large holes), crystals, spacer beads and wire coils in desired pattern. Cut off excess wire leaving 3/8” & turn a loop at the finished end.
7. Attach a charm to one of the loops and attach the other loop to the shape formed from 16 gauge wire.
8. Insert into book with decorative portion dangling from the book spine.
